Anne has a B.A.degree from Western Washington University,
Writing the Narrative:Creative Writing and the Science of Social Relationships.
In 2006, she co-authored with Nanette J. Davis, a paper titled, "Families in Crisis: A Case Study of Elder Caregivers." International Journal of the Humanities 1.
In 2005 she authored "Aunt Mary's Confession," published in the online journal, Consortium for Innovative Environments in Learning, Voices & Visions.
From 1993-2001 Anne worked as a community organizer and Executive Director for a Minnesota non-profit, The Northfield Union of Youth, Inc.
Today, Anne lives in beautiful Bellingham, Washington. She's writing non-fiction, cooking with brain-healthy ingredients--including all herbs from lovage to sweet-knotted marjoram. Her other joys are playing with her grandchildren and caring for her artist husband, Mike, who lives with Parkinson's Disease
Diamedica Publishing will release Anne's new book, "Transcending Parkinson's Disease with Art and Good Food: A Memoir with Recipes" in the Fall of 2010
